Cheers to a Healthy Summer :: My Activia 2 Week Challenge

As a mom, I find myself constantly taking care of everyone else. What mom doesn’t? This year I have started to really realize the importance of taking care of myself! If I am not in the best health mentally and physically, how will I be able to give my family the best life possible? This is why this year has been about ME! I must admit, I felt selfish at first switching my mentality to making myself a priority, but it is actually not selfish at all since I am doing it all for my family. If they get the best version of me, everyone is happy and well taken care of. IMG_5323

With so many life changes going on in my life these days, sometimes it is the small things that can help reset my perspective, like trying the Activia Two Week Challenge!
