5 Reasons to Move in to The Summit at Whitney Ranch

I have had the pleasure of touring several new communities at Whitney Ranch in beautiful Rocklin, CA, but of course this trip was a little different. Due to the pandemic, there was no huge opening party with food and balloons like the usual events I have attended. Also, I did not bring my family for safety reasons so you will not get to see adorable photos of my kiddos running up and down the stairs. Despite the quietness and touring this community solo, the homes did not disappoint! I fell in love with the designs and the location of the community immediately. The Summit by Tim Lewis Communities is a must see for families looking for a gorgeous and roomy home to Shelter In Place. The Location:

Whitney Ranch is in Rocklin, CA and is close to everything! Whitney Ranch itself is like its very own city within a city with great schools, several parks and playgrounds and a really amazing clubhouse called The Ranch House that offers fitness classes, lounge and resort-style community pool! I attended a movie night event at The Ranch House that you can read about HERE. The Summit in particular is located right next to a really cool playground for the kiddos, which caught my eye right when I pulled up.

The Open Floor Plans:

I love the modern designs that Tim Lewis Communities has created! I was able to tour three of the models and was blown away! The single-story plans even have high 10 foot ceilings in the bedrooms to create an open feel. The family room has 12 foot ceilings for even more space. And there are so many upgrades so your home can feel completely unique to you and your family!

The KITCHENS:

The most used space in the house HAS to be efficient! From the cabinetry and quartz countertops to the stainless steel appliances… Tim Lewis Communities did not skip a beat! These homes are made for entertaining, or just cooking a meal for your family. There is so much space to sit at the counter for a more casual meal, or turn it into a fine-dining experience at the dining room table.

The Exterior:

The Summit features four distinct exterior elevations including Modern Sierra Ranch, Modern Prairie, Spanish and Modern Craftsman architectural styles. They are all stunning but not to the point of being obnoxious.

Safety:

Technology is key when it comes to feeling safe and secure in your home. Each home has a Z-Wave compatible video doorbell and Schlange connect smart deadbolt entry set with like-keyed Z-Wave enabled deadbolts at the garage door and main door. There are also smoke and carbon monoxide detectors with battery back-up in the bedrooms and the hallways. You can feel safe and secure while at home.
