Who doesn’t LOVE touring model homes? There is something about viewing a newly built home and picturing my children’s little feet running around on Christmas morning that sends me into a state of nostalgia. So, when I was asked to check out some beautiful new homes in Whitney Ranch, I was so excited to say “YES”! The timing also worked so that I was able to bring my whole family on this little adventure to Rocklin, CA.

If you have been following along, you may have noticed that we have visited Whitney Ranch a few times and have always had the best experience. Well, this time was no exception! The community itself has so many amenities and is nestled in the beautiful city of Rocklin. There is really great shopping, so many restaurants and even a casino nearby! The brand new Oakcrest neighborhood is a gated community of stunning home designs where you can enjoy the resort lifestyle of Whitney Ranch!

There are five different floorplans, each with their own distinct features, ranging from 3,361 – 4,202 square feet and we were so excited to tour two of them (the Lincoln and the Newcastle). We cannot wait to go back to see the rest!

This model truly looks like a castle!

Walking inside was like stepping into my dream home! It seriously has EVERYTHING checked off of my list of perfect homes! From the entrance, and downstairs guest suite to the master bathroom and THAT POOL!!!! This home is immaculate!

Check out this FOYER! I can picture my children posing on those stairs for prom.

And here is the downstairs suite with a sitting area, single-car garage and a kitchenette:

This house is meant for entertaining! The backyard is GORGEOUS! With an outdoor kitchen, huge pool with a jacuzzi, and a sitting area meant for gatherings!

And I just love how the formal dining area opens up to the backyard!

The kitchen and family room are so inviting…

Can you believe that was only downstairs? Heading upstairs was like a whole other house, with another sitting area and four more bedrooms (including the master suite)!

But I must admit, my favorite feature has to be the master bathtub! And of course the HUGE walk-in closet:

If you haven’t completely fallen in love with the Newcastle model, you MUST check out the Lincoln! It is a single-story home with some gorgeous features! Having young children, a single-story home is what we search for but can hardly find one with the features and openness of the Lincoln. Here are the deets…

This model is the place to entertain and raise a family!

You walk in to beautiful entryway and the study/den/playroom to your right.

The bedrooms and sitting areas are stunning and so welcoming! I can picture lots of gatherings of family and friends in this home!

I just love the openness of the kitchen and backyard. Both are perfect for both entertaining and relaxing.

Toll Brothers truly has a way of creating a real dream home! The use of space and attention to details are marvelous!

Whitney Ranch is a place where you can enjoy so many amenities in a family-friendly environment. From parks and trails to clubs and events, this community seriously has it all!

I am still working on persuading my husband to move here. Hopefully one day because this is the type of lifestyle I would like my children to have.
