This post is sponsored by Disney Junior™ but the thoughts and opinions as always, are all mine.

Both of my kids have been HUGE fans of everything Disney Junior™ since they were old enough to sit through a show. Kolton learned the theme song for Mickey Mouse Clubhouse before he could even talk, by dancing in living room making similar noises to the song. It was adorable and some of my favorite memories of my now 4.5-year-old. Shayne, of course, followed closely behind him. When we discovered some more Disney Junior shows, like Sofia the First, Doc McStuffins, and our favorite, Mickey and the Roadster Racers, our love for Disney Junior grew even more. I love how easy it is for my little ones to follow these shows and how age appropriate they are for my 2 and 4.5 year olds. Watching Kolton and Shayne run in circles around our living room while singing, “Mickey and the Roadster, Mickey and the Roadster Racers” while I sip on my first cup of coffee, seriously makes my Friday mornings worth waking up for!

When I was asked to attend an event in Sacramento featuring and  Mickey and the Roadster Racers, there was no way I was going to pass this opportunity up, even with a two and a half hour drive. Since Kolton just started Transitional Kindergarten one week prior, I did not want to pull him out of school, so this became a special Mommy/Daughter day for Shayne and me.

Walking up to this fun-filled event was so exciting for both of us. The decorations were impeccable, the games were age-appropriate, the food was delicious, and the people were all so friendly and wonderful to be around.

I loved how everything was themed around Mickey and the Roadster Racers from target=”_blank” rel=””nofollow” noopener”>Disney Junior™ FRiYAY. Shayne recognized all her favorite characters and was so excited while scoping out the décor and activities.

The kids could decorate their own cars; cool off in the carwash and even play games with the oversized dice!

When she finally sat down for a snack, even the food grabbed her attention. From the shape of Goofy’s Pancake Pops, to the variety of cereal at the cereal bar, she was mesmerized!

With a fun surprise at every corner, Shayne was having a blast, and I loved watching her have so much fun!

Before it was time get back on the road for a long nap, Shayne really wanted to cool off in the baby pool with some of her new friends.

Thank you Disney Junior™ for such a fun day! Shayne is still talking about it and gets so excited every time we watch another episode of Mickey and the Roadster Racers on Disney Junior’s™ Summer FRiYAY lineup!

Tune in every FRiYAY morning for new shows and content on and the Disney Channel (6 AM – 10 AM) and check out more Disney Junior™ on their YouTube channel HERE  and online HERE.
