I feel like breakfast is the toughest meal for me to enjoy even though it is the most important one. Mornings are always so rushed so in order for me to make sure the kids have a healthy meal and get ready for school on time, a cup of coffee is usually my only breakfast. With 2020 approaching, one of my new goals is to have a healthy breakfast every morning! So no for the difficult part… what can I make quickly so I don’t fall off the wagon.
