This summer has been a HOT one here in Cali. This means that we have been spending plenty of days at the beach and pool, so I am always trying to stay “bathing suit ready”. Being healthy and in shape is important to me for many reasons but my children are number ONE! After showing my husband (a HUGE tuna lover) these easy-to-make recipes, I am now on the hook to make them at home, which is a good thing. My personal favorite is the Artichoke and Tuna Crostini, but I am also looking forward to experimenting with new recipes including an open-faced tuna melt made with the StarKist Selects E.V.O.O.® Yellowfin Tuna with Sun-Dried Tomato over a green salad (yum)!
