It is amazing to me how many beautiful areas there are in Northern California. We do quite a bit of traveling, but there is still so much we have not seen in our own state. Mountain House is one of these hidden gems that we have driven through but have never stopped.
I was so happy to have this opportunity to check out this new development, Oliveto at Mountain House by Richmond American Homes. Exploring new properties in new neighborhoods is so fun for me, especially when I can bring the whole family. We had so much fun exploring Mountain House and these beautiful new homes. Oliveto is an up and coming neighborhood in a gorgeous community. I highly recommend checking these out if you are in the market for a new home or just looking to get out of the super overpriced Bay Area!
Oliveto’s Grand Opening Event had food and refreshments, as well as crafts for Kolton and Shayne. We really enjoyed checking out the models available to tour and fell in love with the floor plans! This community is surrounded by parks and so close to great schools! Can you believe the homes start in the high $500’s? Coming from the South Bay, this is unbelievable to me! 
What I really loved about Oliveto at Mountain House is the sense of community that comes with it. Getting out of the hustle and bustle of the Silicon Valley and actually focusing on family and neighbors is what I want to do with my family. It also is not a far drive from the action, being so close to Livermore and Tracy, so you get the best of both worlds.

This floorpan has so many options, including a casita, gourmet kitchen, extra bedroom, covered patio and more. The use of space in this home is so well designed and so open.
THE LEDWELL Approx. 2,440 sq. ft. | 2 stories | 3-5 bedrooms | 2-car garage
This floorpan has a huge loft, an open kitchen with a walk-in pantry and a fabulous great room. Did I mention there are TWO walk-in closets in the master suite? Well, there are!!
THE FINNEGAN Approx. 2,560 sq. ft. | 2 stories | 3-5 bedrooms | 2-car garage
The openness of this floorpan makes it my personal favorite. The optional gourmet kitchen and covered patio make it great for entertaining.
THE SANFORD Approx. 2,620 sq. ft. | 2 stories | 3-6 bedrooms | 2-car garage
The Sanford is the largest of the floorpans and has so much closet and storage space. I love the open loft and large master suite. This is perfect for a larger family.
