Spring is in the air! Which means flowers in bloom, outdoor brunches, BBQs, Easter outfits and lots of get-togethers with friends and family. Sometimes you don’t even know people are coming by, so being prepared is key.
Here are some things that I always have on hand incase of a last minute gathering:
- Paper plates and cups – I have learned my lesson with this one. There are few things worse than spending the whole party washing dishes in fear that you will run out.
- Something to throw on the BBQ – It is always good to have something you can grill up on and enjoy together last minute.
- Wine – Or beer if you prefer. This one is obvious 🙂
- Snacks – My favorite is a spread of meat, cheese and Pearls® Specialties Olives. These are perfect for snacking on while socializing with guests.
We have a kitchen island so I like to set out a large cutting board with curated meats, a variety of cheeses, crackers, some sort of spread and lots of Pearls® Specialties Olives!
