I cannot even believe that my little angel is no longer a newborn! I wish I could freeze time and keep her this tiny for longer. She is just such a little ball of sunshine! Constantly smiling and trying to talk (sometimes at 4:00AM). She loves making eye contact and chatting and cooing away with your full attention. Her sweet personality is really shining through more and more everyday. She must have recently gone through a growth spurt because she went about 2 weeks without sleeping very well, waking up several times per night to nurse. As much as I love snuggling with her every chance I get, I am glad to be getting some sleep again. She doesn’t cry or fuss very much at all for a baby her age, which is very nice for us! She takes a bottle very well (although prefers her milk straight from the source). She loves baths, and even enjoys diaper changes as long as we talk and sing songs.
We are so blessed to have this little perfect human being as a part of our family. I can’t remember what life was like without her! I love watching her grow and discover and can already tell she will be on the move at an early age, trying to keep up with her big brother, Kolton.
